- When am I charged?
- Not during your 14-day free trial. Your card is charged when the trial ends, and then each month (or year) after that. Cancel before the trial ends and you'll never be billed.
- How does the money-back guarantee work?
- For 30 days after your first payment, the Account page has a "Refund me" button. It refunds what you've paid and ends the subscription right away.
- Do I need to create an account?
- No password needed. Your browser becomes your account when you start the trial, and your Account page has a private sign-in link for your other devices.
- What happens to my courses if I cancel?
- They stay. You can still open, review, and export every course; generating new suggestions needs an active subscription.
- What about teaching centres and departments?
- Today each professor subscribes individually, and the Teaching Centre view works with any shared course links for free. Department-wide billing is on the roadmap.
